De hoogste tij(d)

Na weken van dekken schrobben, zeilen schoonmaken, verstagingen repareren, lijntjes oprollen, worstjes eten en rompen schilderen is het 6 koppige Sjaro sailing team klaar voor de ultieme uitdaging: De 41ste 24-uurs zeilrace.

Start: vrijdag 26 augustus 2005 om 18.30 uur.
Finish: zaterdag 27 augustus 2005 tussen 18.00 en 19.00 in Medemblik.

  • Welcome aboard!!

    The Sjaro sailingteam is participating in the 2005 24 hours race taking
    place in Holland on the IJselmeer from August 26th to 27th, the start of the
    race is at 6.30 PM (Holland time) on Aug. 26th and the finish is aroung 6PM
    (Holland time) Aug. 27th.

    The team consist of:

    Gerrit, Peter, Claudio, Thijs, Jurjen and Bart.

    During the race we will make pictures and short movies which will, during
    the race and from the boat, be posted on the Sjaro website. In other words
    you can keep track of our process and our adventures during the race. You
    can also post comments to us directly on this website (see the bottom of the
    page on how to make comments), you can do this under "other" or "anonymous" but then please
    mention your name in the comment lines so we know who wrote us.

    I hope the wind is kind to you and the seas are working in your favour.
